At Inclusive Minds Network, our mission is to empower and inspire positive change in the realm of youth mental health and emotional wellbeing. We are dedicated to fostering a culture where mental health is prioritised, destigmatised, and integrated seamlessly into the fabric of educational communities.
Driven by the belief that every individual deserves access to resources and support, we strive to be a beacon of guidance for educators, parents, and communities. Our commitment extends beyond information; we aim to create a vibrant online hub and a safe space where knowledge, compassion, and collaboration converge.
Our mission is threefold: to provide comprehensive resources for mental health and wellbeing, to champion a whole school approach that embraces every facet of educational environments, and to amplify children’s voices, ensuring their perspectives shape the narrative surrounding mental health.
As architects of positive change, we work tirelessly to dismantle barriers, foster inclusivity, and nurture a future where mental health is not only understood but embraced. Join us on this journey of transformation, as we build a foundation for resilient, empowered, and thriving individuals within the tapestry of inclusive educational communities.

Here are some comments I've received from participants:
· "Caroline was an absolute star loved every minute of the course. Difficult topics with a great group, excellent informative course. Difficult at times with being online, but the course leader (Caroline) ensured everyone's mental health was okay throughout the course."
· "I have really enjoyed and I have learnt a lot from this course. Caroline was an amazing instructor who made the course enjoyable and interesting. Thank you very much."
· "Informative and interesting, I found it helpful to help me support the children I work with. So informative, emotive and useful!"
· "The course manual that you receive on the youth mental health course is fantastic! The adult mental health course requires no extra prep compared to the youth where you have learning modules to complete. The Mental Health First aider app you get with the adult course is great and is the only thing missing from the youth course."
