Inclusive Minds Network was founded by Caroline Spender to support educators, schools and organisations in creating inclusive, mentally healthy and values-led environments, places where people feel heard, supported and able to thrive.
We offer a blend of training, reflective supervision and consultancy to help schools embed wellbeing and people-led change across their culture, systems and everyday practice. Our work is grounded in real-world experience, evidence-informed approaches and a deep belief that inclusion and wellbeing should never be an afterthought.
We work with staff, leaders and trusts who want to move beyond surface-level initiatives and create meaningful, lasting impact. That might mean:
Everything we do is flexible, relational and shaped around the needs of the people we work with.
We understand how busy school life is, and how hard it can be to make wellbeing “fit.” Our approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in the realities of education.
We meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s working (and what isn’t), and support you to take the next step with confidence.
This isn’t about box-ticking.
It’s about building trust, clarity and sustainable change that genuinely improves the day-to-day lives of staff and students.
I’m Caroline Spender, a trainer, consultant, change leader and lifelong believer in doing things differently. I’ve worked across schools, MATs and national improvement projects, and I founded Inclusive Minds Network to offer something real: supportive, thoughtful, values-led help for the people who do the most important work.
My practice brings together youth mental health expertise, reflective supervision, change management and a deep understanding of school culture. I care about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and empowered to grow, individually and collectively.
If you’d like to explore working together, I’d love to hear what matters to you, and help you make it happen.
