Wellbeing, Inclusion and Mental Health Support for educators

Inclusive Minds Network works with schools, trusts, charities and youth-facing organisations to strengthen mental health, wellbeing and inclusion in practical, human-centred ways. This might include INSET day training, Reflective Supervision, Consultancy, Culture Review, or support to embed Youth MHFA learning across your setting.

When this support can help

This support can be helpful when a team is carrying a heavy pastoral, safeguarding or wellbeing load, or when staff are trying to move from training into everyday practice and need space to think through what that looks like in their setting.

It may also be useful during key moments in the school year, such as preparing for September, inspection, restructure or organisational change, or when staff confidence, boundaries or emotional load are starting to feel stretched. The focus is always on practical, relevant support that feels safe, grounded and realistic for your team.

INSET and team CPD

Tailored sessions for staff teams who want practical, accessible input around mental health, emotional resilience, inclusive practice and supporting young people.

Each session is shaped around the realities of your setting and the people you support. This might include building confidence in youth mental health, understanding anxiety, strengthening boundaries in emotionally demanding roles, or helping staff feel more equipped to listen, respond and know what to do next.

Sessions can also support wider work around trauma-informed and inclusive practice, staff wellbeing, sustainable support, and preparing pastoral or safeguarding teams for the demands of a new academic year.

Consultancy and culture support

Support for schools, trusts and organisations who want to strengthen wellbeing, inclusion and mental health in a way that feels practical, realistic and rooted in their own context.

This work can help you pause, take stock and make sense of what is already in place. Together, we can explore what is working well, where the pressure points are, and what might help staff and teams feel clearer, more connected and better supported.

Consultancy support can include whole-school wellbeing and inclusion, mental health strategy, staff engagement and communication, culture during change or restructuring, policy and practice review, and embedding learning from Youth MHFA so that it becomes part of everyday practice, not just something staff attended once.

Where Youth MHFA fits

Youth MHFA training remains a core part of the Inclusive Minds Network offer. It can be a powerful foundation for building confidence and shared understanding across a team.

For organisations looking at a wider wellbeing approach, Youth MHFA can sit alongside INSET sessions, reflective supervision and consultancy support to help the learning become part of everyday practice.
