How Supervision Works

Online, flexible, reflective spaces
Supervision uses a simple, calm structure:

  1. Check-in

  2. Exploring a challenge/theme

  3. Boundaries & clarity

  4. Insight & next steps

  5. Grounding & wellbeing

  6. Closing intention

Sessions can be delivered 1:1, in staff groups, or within multi-setting reflective circles.
