A practical, supportive course for anyone working with or supporting young people aged 8–18. You’ll build confidence to recognise signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations and guide young people towards appropriate help.

For anyone who completed the full Youth MHFA course around three years ago and wants to refresh their knowledge, confidence and practical skills.
